MOMMY MOVEMENT

This is a circuit training class using the ballet barre, pilates spring boards, urban rebounders, and dance in a fun circuit type workout to get your heart rate up while strengthening and lengthening and toning every muscle.

Regardless of where you are on the Mommyhood Journey, this class is designed to make you move your body. The focus is on your core so that you can get a full body workout.
