This is a fun Mommy & Me Class style pilates class where we focus on deep abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor strength. While there is an emphasis on stretching for all those achy muscles related to pregnancy and Mommyhood, don’t be fooled, you will sweat your butt off and get a kick-ass full body workout.
Through taking this class you will strengthening and toning every muscle as we jumpstart your body and get you into shape, while also working to ease the strain of a changing body.
This is not your typical mommy and me class. Your child does not 100% participate in the exercises. They get to hang out with their little friends in an safe playspace while you workout.
This class is part mat and part machine and 100% fun!
Bonus: exercise time and no need for a sitter!
