I was able to workout for the first time since my daughter was born and it was nice knowing my daughter had a safe, interactive environment to play in.

Being a new mom, my workouts have not been a priority because getting a sitter was difficult. With Pilates Playspace, I don’t have to worry about who is going to watch my little one. I finally get to squeeze in some me time.

Not to mention Loni is one of the best instructors. She has a wealth of knowledge and really helps you get a great workout.

As a new mom who loved to workout

I had such a hard time finding a space where I could bring my son and get a “LEGIT” workout.

I tried so many “mommy and me” classes and while they were cute, gave me something to do, and offered a great bonding experience I never felt like I got a GOOD workout from them. I moved my body a little, I probably made some animal noise, and yet my body never felt satisfied with the quality of the workout.

I wanted a full body workout, one that understood I was a few months out of a C-section and what that meant. Over time I eventually was able to get the time to resume my workout routine, without my son, but I didn’t have a nanny and mommy guilt overwhelmed me when I would leave him to go exercise.

In true form, my entrepreneurial self devised a plan.

What if I created the “mommy and me” class I wish had existed?

One where moms could get the kind of workout that my body craved while still bringing their lil ones for the journey?
