As a new mom who loved to workout
I had such a hard time finding a space where I could bring my son and get a “LEGIT” workout.
I tried so many “mommy and me” classes and while they were cute, gave me something to do, and offered a great bonding experience I never felt like I got a GOOD workout from them. I moved my body a little, I probably made some animal noise, and yet my body never felt satisfied with the quality of the workout.
I wanted a full body workout, one that understood I was a few months out of a C-section and what that meant. Over time I eventually was able to get the time to resume my workout routine, without my son, but I didn’t have a nanny and mommy guilt overwhelmed me when I would leave him to go exercise.
In true form, my entrepreneurial self devised a plan.
What if I created the “mommy and me” class I wish had existed?
One where moms could get the kind of workout that my body craved while still bringing their lil ones for the journey?
